Missing and/or Defective Items Guarantee

MVL, for quality assurance purposes, inspects all packages at the time of shipment to ensure the order is complete. In addition, all packages are prepared in front of a security camera to verify that orders are packed correctly.

For your missing and/or defective item guarantee to be valid, you must comply with the shipping guarantee requirements. When opening your package, you must record a video of the entire box from all angles to verify that the package has not been altered or tampered with. The video must be continuous and uncut; if the video contains edits or interruptions, the guarantee will not apply.

This process helps ensure that you receive your complete order. If a product is missing or arrives defective, you must notify us by email at (COMPANY EMAIL), describing your situation and attaching the video as evidence.
