Shipping PolicyYour orders will be shipped through the courier services available at checkout, including DHL, Estafeta, FedEx, Paquete Express, Redpack, or UPS. Your order will be delivered to the address you provided when placing your order. You may also request the Hold for Pickup service so your package arrives at the nearest office of your selected courier, allowing you to pick it up at any branch.
Shipping GuaranteeFor quality purposes, MVLUCKY carefully inspects each product in your order one by one. When packing, special materials are used to maximize product protection. However, courier services are external and independent companies, and we cannot guarantee their service or the conditions in which packages are transported. Therefore, we recommend the following:When receiving your package, inspect it carefully. Make sure the box has not been opened and that the packaging (tape or wrapping) has not been altered or tampered with. If you notice any issue during delivery, you may address it directly with the courier service you selected, as they will guide you through the reception process. Missing or Defective Items GuaranteeFor quality control, MVLUCKY checks every package before shipping to ensure the order is complete. All packages are packed in front of a security camera to verify that orders are correctly prepared.To make your claim for missing or defective items valid, you must follow the shipping guarantee guidelines. When opening your package, you must record a video of the entire box from all angles to verify that the package was not tampered with. The video must be continuous and unedited; edited or cut videos will invalidate the guarantee. If a product is missing due to an error, notify us at mymvlucky@mvlucky.com and attach the video with a description of your situation.

Shipping ProcessDelivery time depends entirely on the courier company selected. Shipping is subject to the logistics and operations of the delivery company. The MVLUCKY purchase process concludes once you receive the email containing your tracking number, at which point the courier becomes fully responsible for the transportation and delivery of the package.
Delivery TimeOnce your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and the selected courier collects it.If your payment confirmation is received before 1:00 p.m. on a business day (Monday–Friday), your package will be shipped the same day. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next business day.MVLUCKY may postpone delivery for an undefined period if an event occurs that prevents shipment.
